YOGURT AND MANGO CUPS

Ingredients: 1 mango, 1 lime, 1 natural or soy yogurt, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1/2 cup of skimmed milk or vegetable drink, ½ teaspoon of honey, agave syrup or date paste.

Preparation: First hydrate the chia seeds, to remove the "gelatin", placing the chia seeds in a bowl or glass and add the vegetable drink or milk. Let stand for at least 30 minutes (ideally, leave it for more than 1 hour). Peel the mango and remove as much pulp as possible. Place the mango in a blender or food processor and blend very well. Add a little honey, agave syrup or date paste and mash a little more. Mix the mango puree with the juice of half the lime. Beat the yogurt with a few drops of lime juice to leave a creamy texture and distribute in small glasses along with the chia seeds. Ingredients: 1 natural or soy yogurt, 2 medium ripe bananas, 2 teaspoons of honey or agave syrup.

Preparation: Peel and cut the bananas into slices, and put them in the freezer for at least 3 or 4 hours. In a high-powered blender, add the yogurt, frozen banana pieces, honey and beat until the banana is well integrated with the yogurt. It should have a very creamy texture. Once crushed, place the mixture in a container and put it in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.

LEMON SORBET

Ingredients: 200 ml of lemon juice, 200 ml of skimmed milk or vegetable milk, 2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup, 1 egg white, lemon zest.

Preparation: Wash the lemons and grate the skin of one of them. Squeeze the juice from the lemons, and add it to the milk, honey and zest. Put the mixture in a blender and blend until smooth. Put the mixture in the freezer for 1 hour. Add the egg white, beat, and put it back in the freezer. Now it's time to wait for it to acquire the correct texture.
