Sending the package

The expected delivery times are 24/72 hours for the Balearic peninsula 3/4 days and 72 hours Portugal, 4 days for the rest of Europe. Items are shipped by DHL or GLS.

The handling costs and the transport costs are included in the price of the product, that is, FREE.

The delivery time that we provide does not count Saturdays and Sundays.

Orders placed before 3:30 pm leave the same day, orders received after 3:30 pm leave the next business day.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

In the rare event that you receive the product in poor condition, please contact us using the contact form within 48 hours of receiving the order to give you instructions on how to proceed. If you receive a car with a damaged part, it will be replaced free of charge.

If you are not happy with the product received, you can return it without giving further explanation, note that returns are allowed within the next 30 days from receipt of the product. The product must be returned with the original packaging and without signs of use / wear, otherwise, the product could suffer a depreciation. The buyer will be responsible for shipping and costs to our warehouses. To return a product, please contact us at to obtain the shipping address. Once we receive the product, we will refund the amount of the product.

Cash on delivery order: We accept orders with cash on delivery. The orders that we receive with cash on delivery must be verified by an employee of before being sent, for them, a representative of the store will contact you by phone. Cash on delivery orders that do not indicate a contact telephone number will be automatically canceled.

Returns and right of withdrawal:

You can exercise your right of withdrawal in the following 30 days after receiving the product, for this you must complete by sending us the following form: Withdrawal

The articles must be returned in their original packaging, the article must not show any mark of having been used and the seals of the accessories that go inside the box cannot be broken. If not, the product could suffer a depreciation.

In the event that you wish to make a return within the term, we recommend that you send us an email to, indicating the reason for the return.

It is very important that you check the car as soon as you receive it, so that we can properly process the claim for damage during transport.

Product returns (with the exception of defective products) have a cost to be paid by the customer, the cost of the return for transport is € 20. However, the customer can ship the product by his own means, the customer bearing the transport costs.

Once we receive the product in our warehouses, we will issue a refund for the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.


- In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user.

- The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery.
